Job Description

The PeopleSoft (PS) Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in the Recruiting and Talent Acquistion modules, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. Experience with 9.1 implementations and global roll-outs with multiple languages is required. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid & proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Candidates are required to travel 100%. Candidates must have 9.1 experience, global experience, upgrade experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 3 years experience in PeopleSoft Recruiting / Talent Acquistion module
  • At least 2 years experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 implementations
  • At least 1 year experience in Global projects with multiple languages
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Basic knowledge

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in PeopleSoft Recruiting / Talent Acquistion module
  • At least 5 years experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 implementations
  • At least 3 years experience in Global projects with multiple languages
  • English : Intermediate
