Spark Learning is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and Speech Therapy services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Position:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications
  • Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications
  • Develop and foster community networking relationships
  • Represent Spark Learning at recruitment events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with new team member onboarding
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Knowledge of HR and recruiting processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience working with kids, youth & family programing, preschool setting, pediatrics, or in the psychology/ mental health field is a bonus
  • Looking for a team and company to grow with as an HR professional
