Your mission 

 

As Manager, Talent Acquisition reporting to Camille Dionne, Director, People & Culture, your mission is to lead and scale Cozey’s hiring engine to support our ambitious growth. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring we consistently attract and hire top talent, while building a recruitment function that is efficient and aligned with our values. From developing high-impact processes and programs to coaching the team and partnering with leaders, your work will directly shape the team that drives Cozey forward. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Own and execute the hiring plan by translating business needs into clear, actionable recruitment strategies. 
  • Improve and standardize our hiring process by implementing a structured methodology that enhances quality of hires. 
  • Bring hands-on recruiting expertise by actively managing a portion of open roles and partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless, high-quality process. 
  • Coach and grow the team by providing direction, feedback, and day-to-day support to help them thrive and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. 
  • Oversee and evolve key talent programs including campus recruitment, referrals, interviewer certification, and employer branding. 
  • Drive data-informed decisions by owning our ATS, ensuring process compliance, and using insights to guide hiring strategy, workforce planning, and team performance. 

We’d love to hear from you if you have 

  • You’ve spent 5+ years in talent acquisition, including ideally at least 2 years leading and developing a team. 
  • You’ve built or improved recruiting processes that raised the bar on structure, consistency, and quality of hire. 
  • You think strategically but execute with care, balancing big-picture priorities with day-to-day follow-through. 
  • You’re comfortable owning an ATS and using it to drive process, insights, and team performance. 
  • You care about coaching, and it shows — you invest in your team’s growth and development. 
  • You’re a strong communicator who knows how to engage and influence stakeholders at every level. 
  • Experience with Topgrading or another structured hiring methodology is a strong asset.
