Under new leadership we are currently looking for a Full-time Manager, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding to support our growing organization at our Corporate Support Center. The Manager of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding lead the organization’s centralized recruitment and onboarding functions to ensure the strategic attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent across all regions. This position manages the centralized recruitment team, partners with internal stakeholders on hiring initiatives, and oversees recruitment strategy, executive recruitment, and workforce planning. Additionally, this role supports enterprise wide onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all new hires. The Manager ensures recruitment practices are efficient, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with the mission of delivering high-quality substance use disorder care.Â
