Job Summary: The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing the global recruitment strategy and hiring processes of the organization. This role leads a team of talent acquisition specialists, recruiters, and onboarding specialists ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates that fit the culture and values of our Company. The TA Manager develops and implements strategies to improve the efficiency and the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function, such as employer branding, talent pipeline, onboarding, educational partnerships, diversity and inclusion, and candidate experience. The role also collaborates with executive leadership and HR Business Partners to understand the current and future hiring needs, and align the talent acquisition goals with the business objectives. Additionally, the TA Manager will promote a productive and positive work environment that supports the company's overall objectives and helps employees thrive in their roles.

Degree(s): Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum of 7 years experience.
Certification(s): PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
