Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of positions at all levels across the organization.
In partnership with the talent management leader, develop the talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain high-quality candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and tailor recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
Oversee and continuously improve the talent acquisition process, ensuring it is efficient, compliant, and scalable to support the organization's hiring goals.
Utilize data-driven insights to track, analyze, and report on recruitment KPIs.
Improve and maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring seamless coordination between HR and hiring managers.
Develop and refine recruitment workflows to streamline the process, improve candidate experience, and reduce time-to-fill.
Build and manage a recruitment dashboard, monitoring key metrics and taking corrective actions when necessary.
Design and deliver structured interview training for hiring managers, focused on behavioral interviewing, legal compliance, reducing bias, and effective candidate evaluation.
Develop creative sourcing strategies using both traditional and innovative methods (social media, networking, job boards, etc.) to attract a diverse candidate pool.
Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Refine college recruitment strategy, attend job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to build the companyโs talent pipeline and raise awareness of career opportunities.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Lead internal audits of hiring practices, I-9 documentation, background checks, and other compliance-related processes.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to recruitment, onboarding, and employment.
Conduct training for hiring managers and HR staff on hiring best practices and compliance-related topics.
Support internal and external audits and investigations as needed.
Stay current on legal trends and recommend changes to HR practices accordingly.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition/recruitment with a focus on compliance and operational excellence, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing organization.
Minimum of 2 yearsโ experience as a team leader, with experience managing performance expectations and supporting team members to grow professionally.ย
Strong experience in recruitment operations, process optimization, and metrics-driven decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
Ability to travel up to 20% to Zeus manufacturing locations in South Carolina, as needed.
