Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Manager of Talent Acquisition. Located in Sauk Rapids, MN, this position will suit a hands-on leader who wants to be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting, ensuring accurate execution of hiring processes and policies, and partnering with business leaders, HRBPs, and external vendors to consistently deliver high-quality talent, meet hiring timelines, and provide a seamless, positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.Ā
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & DeliveryĀ
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goalsĀ
Set clear performance expectations and leverage metrics to track progress and drive accountabilityĀ
Allocate resources effectively to meet changing business priorities and hiring demandĀ
Promote a āOne Ichorā culture and drive teamwork and collaboration among the TA and HRBP team members, inclusive of Ichor internal stakeholders.Ā Ā
Recruiting Strategy & ExecutionĀ
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring plansĀ
Actively seek out and track local and regional hiring market data to develop and adjust the TA strategy and approach as needed. Oversee full-cycle recruitingĀ
Implement sourcing strategies that build diverse and high-quality talent pipelinesĀ
Ensure a consistent, structured, and compliant selection processesĀ
Employer Brand & Employee Value Proposition (EVP)Ā
Locally execute the companyās employer brand strategy across all recruiting touchpoints, ensuring consistent and compelling messagingĀ
Ensure job postings, candidate communications, events, and outreach reflect the EVP and strengthen market competitivenessĀ
Gather and share market and candidate insights to inform ongoing refinement of employer branding and messagingĀ
Plan and support talent marketing initiatives, hiring events, and community engagement efforts to build brand awarenessĀ
Participate in local professional organizations (HR groups, industry organizations, Chamber of Commerce, etc) to understand competitive landscape and build Ichorās employer brandĀ

Operations & Process ImprovementĀ
Collaborate with Global TA function on continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflowsĀ
Monitor and report on key metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel health, etc.)Ā
Ensure data integrity within the ATS and recruiting systems
Stakeholder & Candidate ExperienceĀ
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practicesĀ
Champion a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging candidate experienceĀ
Partner with HR, Total Rewards, and Employer Branding to align messaging and offersĀ
Compliance & GovernanceĀ
Ensure adherence to local and federal employment laws, internal policies, and global hiring standardsĀ
Support audits, reporting requirements, and process documentationĀ
Position requirements:
8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience2+ years of people leadership or team-lead responsibility
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levelsĀ
Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics and operational excellenceĀ
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholdersĀ
Experience in [manufacturing / technology / global organizations ā customize]Ā
