Hiring Range: $105,601.60 to $144,317.33
Pay Range: $105,601.60 to $163,675.20
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the talent acquisition function, including oversight of recruitment strategy, sourcing strategy, recruiting operations, and onboarding processes to support the current and future workforce needs of SCF. This position leads the talent acquisition team and ensures effective coordination of recruiting activities across the organization. The Manager of Talent Acquisition partners with organizational leadership to support workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and recruitment initiatives that ensure SCF maintains the workforce capacity necessary to deliver high-quality healthcare services. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving talent acquisition strategies, recruitment processes, and onboarding practices aligned with SCFโs mission, operational principles, and strategic workforce priorities.
Qualifications:
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCFโs geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population.
