As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll shape the future of our team by connecting exceptional licensed professionals with roles where they can thrive. You’ll play a crucial role in advancing our mission through strategic hiring, collaboration, and proactive talent outreach.

Must reside in the state of Virginia

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in education, ABA, or healthcare

  • Prior experience hiring for licensed certified roles (e.g., teachers, BCBAs, OTs, SLPs, etc.)

  • Must live in the state of Virginia

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

What You'll Do

  • Lead full-cycle hiring for licensed roles, from proactive sourcing and pipeline management to onboarding, ensuring compliance with all licensure standards

  • Build and nurture robust talent pipelines using platforms like Ashby and Juicebox, driving at least 33% of hires through direct outreach across diverse channels

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs, plan hiring strategies, and continuously improve the cross-functional recruitment process

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout every stage, delivering timely resume reviews and a standout candidate experience
