We’re seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in the Financial Industry (FI) to join our team on a 6-month or 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension. This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands the banking environment and is ready to grow their recruitment skills across multiple functional areas.


You’ll Support Hiring in Areas Such As:

  • Retail & Branch Banking – advisors, branch operations, and customer service roles
  • Contact Centres – high-volume hiring for service and sales positions
  • Corporate Functions – HR, finance, marketing, and administrative roles
  • Operations & Back Office – processing, settlements, and transaction services
  • Risk & Compliance Support – AML/KYC, fraud prevention, and audit support

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with senior recruiters to deliver end-to-end recruitment for junior-to-mid-level FI roles
  • Post jobs, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain strong candidate communication to ensure a great hiring experience
  • Update ATS and recruitment reports accurately and on time
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand business needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience within the Financial Industry 
  • Knowledge of FI business lines, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Tech-savvy, with ATS and/or CRM experience an asset
