Hilltop Residential is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Corporate Office team and support our talent acquisition efforts, primarily focused on hiring maintenance and service staff of our Multifamily Properties across the Southeast US. This role will help source candidates, conduct initial interviews, and provide a welcoming, positive first impression of our company. The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for finding great people and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities
This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition and will be fully in-person located at our Corporate Office located at 9651 Katy Freeway in Houston, TX 77024.
