We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about tech hiring. If you enjoy connecting with people, spotting strong talent, working with fast-paced teams, and keeping things organized, you’ll be a great fit.
This is a 6-month contractual role.
Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:30/3:00 AM (semi–night shift) - requires some overlap with the US shift.
What You’ll Do-
- Source top engineering and tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Screen profiles for roles ranging from instructors to engineers.
- Shortlist candidates based on role fit and hiring criteria.
- Schedule and manage interviews across global time zones.
- Maintain smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Manage hiring trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
- Assist senior recruiters with end-to-end hiring activities.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
