We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about tech hiring. If you enjoy connecting with people, spotting strong talent, working with fast-paced teams, and keeping things organized, you’ll be a great fit.

This is a 6-month contractual role.

Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:30/3:00 AM (semi–night shift) - requires some overlap with the US shift.

What You’ll Do- 

  1. Source top engineering and tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  2. Screen profiles for roles ranging from instructors to engineers.
  3. Shortlist candidates based on role fit and hiring criteria.
  4. Schedule and manage interviews across global time zones.
  5. Maintain smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  6. Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a strong candidate experience.
  7. Manage hiring trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
  8. Assist senior recruiters with end-to-end hiring activities.
  9. Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Prior internship experience is a plus
