We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across the organization. This role will support recruitment across multiple functions - Research, Engineering, G&A, and Clinical - and requires someone who can balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across Research, Engineering, G&A, and Clinical.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, plan interview processes, and craft effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels to build strong, diverse pipelines.
- Guide candidates through the process while ensuring a positive, transparent, and timely experience.
- Advise hiring teams on market insights, compensation expectations, interview best practices, and selection decisions.
- Influence stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR partners (HRBPs, Total Rewards, HR Operations) to ensure process consistency, compliance, and smooth onboarding.
- Track recruiting activity and metrics; support continuous improvement of TA processes and tools.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects supporting scalability, efficiency, and employer brand efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree with 5+ years, or Masterβs degree with 3+ years, of full-cycle recruiting experience in life sciences, biotech, or biopharma.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions; prior biotech/biopharma experience preferred but not required.
- Proven success in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills; ability to coach, influence, and advise hiring managers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and levels of technical expertise.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup with evolving priorities.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and various sourcing and engagement tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, SeekOut, etc).
The expected hourly range for this role is $56/hour to $62/hour depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.
