Responsibilities of your role
Reporting to the International HR Strategy & Development Manager, this 12 month part time (3 days per week) position will join a team of Talent Acquisition Managers to recruit both medical and non-medical Internationally Mobile Staff (IMS) to represent MSF Australia and New Zealand within MSF projects globally.
You will be the decision maker in selecting and hiring IMS who are assessed against the MSF Competency Framework, MSF Values and Charter, and MSF Profile Criteria. Given the challenging contexts that IMS work in, this key role is also responsible for risk management and mitigation through assessing candidates behavioural and traits based suitability.
The Talent Acquisition Managers develop and execute the International HR Talent Acquisition strategy that is aligned with MSFA’s strategic objectives.
