As we expand, we’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This remote-based position is critical in ensuring we have the right talent to support our mission. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing recruitment and onboarding for a growing organization.  Your focus will be on attracting top-tier candidates who share our passion for patient care. Job Functions:

Recruiting and Sourcing:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Build creative sourcing strategies using various methods to meet target profile
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy with MMT workforce needs and growth plans.

Process:

  • Evaluate and enhance recruiting processes to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment function
  • Ensure a seamless, repeatable, and positive candidate experience.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to field teams on interview and hiring best practices.
  • Execute onboarding process for assigned area.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Employer Branding:

  • Partner with marketing to develop and maintain MMT’s employer brand.
  • Utilize social media, industry events, and other channels to promote the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

 

Required skills and qualifications.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition– volume driven recruitment for a distributed workforce
  • Strong understanding of recruitment process
  • Strong ability to work independently and drive results
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Knowledge of and experience using staffing tools such as applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, electronic job boards, social media and candidate sourcing applications.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload across several functions

 

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Sourcing and recruiting for EMS, is a plus
