Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company Overview: ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers is a well-established and fast-growing urgent care company in Maryland, committed to providing high-quality health care to our community.  We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow our team!  An ideal applicant is a professional, self-motivated, and organized individual who oversees full cycle recruitment while identifying the best qualified candidates to join our establishment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops clear, compelling job descriptions and manages job postings on various platforms
  • Collaborates with leadership to understand departmental needs and job requirements
  • Proactively searches for potential candidates using platforms like Appcast, Indeed and other job boards
  • Screens applicants, conducts all interviews, and assists qualified candidates with the onboarding process
  • Completes drug screens, background checks and professional reference checks
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the duration of the hiring process
  • Tracks recruitment metrics and provides accurate data for KPI metrics
  • Represents the company at community Job Fairs
  • Performs general office tasks such as filing, scanning, answering telephone calls 
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and ensures compliance with all company policies and HR procedures

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education:
  1. High School Diploma
  2. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Work Experience:
  1. At least one (1) year of recruitment experience
  • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  1. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media for recruiting
  2. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize
  3. Effective written and verbal communication skills

*The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience, $55,000 to $70,000, dependent on relevant experience
