What We Need:
Arootah is growing fast, and we need a Head of Talent Acquisition to manage the hiring needs. Reporting to the CEO and COO, this top recruiting and talent professional will lead and manage the firms internal hiring; oversee the Business Advisory consultant on-boarding and staffing; and develop and manage the external recruiting/staffing for the firms clients. Arootah is a fast-paced, roll-up your sleeves environment, that needs a Head of Talent Acquisition with a growth mind-set and motivated to excel.
$160,000 - $190,000 a year
The estimated base salary for this role is $160,000 – $190,000 base salary + performance-based incentives + participation in our Revenue Sharing & Equity Plan (RSEP)—a unique wealth-building program that offers revenue-sharing distributions and equity participation, aligning incentives and enabling all employees to share in the company’s ongoing success and potential future liquidity events.
