We're looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to be a key player in building a team that’s poised to impact the lives of 100 million patients by 2030. This is your chance to own the entire recruiting process for our Go-To-Market function, from sourcing to close, and directly contribute to our explosive growth.
As our next experience Senior GTM Recruiter, you'll have the autonomy and support to tackle a wide range of responsibilities and make a tangible difference from day one. You'll:
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs and develop a winning strategy to find exceptional GTM candidates.
Be a proactive hunter, using your strong communication skills to cold call, engage, and build relationships with a diverse pipeline of Sales and Pre-Sales talent.
Strategically source talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
Own the full recruitment cycle, from reviewing applications and conducting initial screens to coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through the final stages.
Collaborate closely with our Senior People Operations Manager to refine our processes, implement best practices, and deliver key results that align with our ambitious company goals.
We're looking for an experienced Senior GTM Recruiter who is ready to jump in, take ownership, and help us scale our incredible team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on challenge and gets excited about the opportunity to build something big.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong track record of having built GTM, Sales, and/or Pre-Sales teams at a SaaS company.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills that can capture and engage top talent.
Proficiency in using an ATS (Greenhouse is a plus!), Google Workspace, and various online tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for technical Sales and Pre-Sales roles.
Experience working in a startup environment.
