Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced and resourceful Global Talent Acquisition Specialist who is confident with cold calling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys the challenge of recruiting across a variety of industries and roles. Agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred.

This is a fully remote employee position offering flexible hours based on business needs. Weekly hours may fluctuate between approximately 20–40 hours per week depending on active client searches.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with an anticipated pay range of $35–45/hour. Additional earning opportunities include placement bonuses and business development bonuses for new clients. Please note that benefits are not currently offered for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with our recruiting team to define hiring needs and search strategies

  • Source and engage candidates proactively through cold calling, LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, and additional recruiting channels

  • Conduct phone and Zoom interviews

  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain accurate activity within Crelate ATS

  • Administer assessments, complete reference checks, and oversee candidate progress through each stage of the hiring process

  • Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver a high-quality candidate experience

  • Support recruiting efforts across a wide range of industries and position levels

  • Collaborate with a small, highly driven remote team in a fast-paced agency environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred (agency experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong comfort level with cold outreach, sourcing, and candidate engagement

  • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously across different industries and functions

  • Familiarity with Crelate ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools

  • Strong behavioral interviewing and candidate evaluation skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong communication and accountability

  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset

  • Creative problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a strong sense of urgency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
