Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a highly innovative technology company operating in the crypto, AI, and payments domains, is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Cultivate and maintain a strong talent pipeline, nurturing relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to hiring managers.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to senior management, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of proven success in IT Talent Acquisition, with a demonstrable track record of filling technical roles.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to secure top talent while fostering mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: This is an on-site position requiring 5 days/week in the Bangkok office. Relocation package will be provided.
