As our colleague in Talent Attraction Ruta is departing to return to her home country, we are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in Greve, Denmark and continue building on the strong foundation already in place.

Your role
You’ll act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner to hiring managers and leaders across Europe and UK, owning end-to-end recruitment while shaping how we think about Talent Acquisition long term. From proactive headhunting to refining our recruitment tech and workflows, your impact will be both operational and strategic.

What you’ll do in practice
  • Partner with and coach hiring managers to define needs and drive strong hiring decisions
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment with focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience
  • Drive active sourcing and build talent pipelines for key and high-volume roles
  • Advise on role design, sourcing strategy, and market insights
  • Strengthen structured processes, employer branding, and scalable TA practices

This might be for you if…
You’re an experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner (in-house or agency) who’s ready to operate with more influence, ownership, and strategic depth. You’re confident in sourcing senior or hard-to-fill profiles – and equally confident sitting at the table with leaders.

You likely:
  • Have strong experience with proactive sourcing and headhunting
  • Are comfortable advising managers and challenging decisions when needed
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at different levels
  • Balance structure and pace – even when priorities shift
  • Enjoy working with data, tools, and systems to improve outcomes
  • Care deeply about candidate experience – without losing sight of business needs
