Position Overview: 

We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Global Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support our global Talent Acquisition initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in modern talent acquisition strategies while working directly with the Global Head of TA on strategic projects and daily operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Hiring Experience & Process :
    • Support high-touch candidate management 
    • Assist in developing interview guidelines and best practices 

  • Tools & Analytics :
    • Support the development and optimization of recruiting tools and systems 
    • Assist in data analysis and reporting of recruitment metrics 
    • Monitor hiring funnel metrics and identify optimization opportunities 

  • Strategic Projects :
    • Support on strategic initiatives (Employer Branding, Assessment, ATS, etc) 
    • Research and propose innovative and creative talent acquisition solutions 
    • Collaborate on process improvement projects 
    • Assist in implementing new recruitment technologies 

  • Communications & Branding :
    • Create engaging communications and presentations for stakeholders 
    • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and activation 
    • Support the development of recruitment marketing materials 
    • Help maintain recruitment social media presence 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (BTS, university, or equivalent)
  • Languages: You are fluent in English, both written and verbal 
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel 
    • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities 
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment 
    • Creative mindset with the confidence to propose new ideas 
    • Interest in HR technology and digital transformation 
    • Critical thinking and ability to challenge conventional approaches 
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently 
    • Passion for talent acquisition and recruitment
