Position Title: Talent Acquisition (Security Services)
Overview
At Master Security (MSC Security), we are dedicated to providing our clients with highly vetted, professional security personnel to protect their people, property, and assets. The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Manager plays a critical leadership role in building, managing, and sustaining a qualified security workforce. This position oversees recruitment strategy, compliance-driven hiring, workforce planning, and coordination with operations to ensure staffing readiness across all client sites.
Position Requirements
To maintain the highest security and compliance standards, candidates for this role must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or HR certification preferred)
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Reliable personal transportation (public transportation is not acceptable)
- Availability via personal mobile phone during work hours
- Clear criminal background, with no felony arrests or convictions
- Possession of, or ability to obtain:
- Maryland Clearance Card
- DCJS Security License
- Security Officer (SO) License
- Physical capability to conduct site visits and hiring assessments, including standing, walking, and lifting as required
- Proficiency in mobile and cloud-based technology (ATS platforms, tablets, smartphones)
- Valid full driverβs license
Primary Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for armed and unarmed security officers, supervisors, and management staff
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with operational demands, contract requirements, and company growth
- Maintain consistent, compliant hiring pipelines meeting federal, state, and client-specific security standards
- Oversee applicant screening, including background investigations, drug testing, licensing, and credential verification
Workforce Planning & Operations Collaboration
- Partner with operations leadership to forecast staffing needs and prevent coverage gaps
- Support new site launches through staffing plans, hiring timelines, and onboarding coordination
- Participate in sales meetings to provide workforce insights and staffing feasibility analysis
- Conduct site walk-throughs to assess hiring, deployment, and compliance readiness
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with labor laws, licensing regulations, and security industry requirements
- Maintain accurate hiring records and workforce documentation
