RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as team or project lead and support for TA Leadership team.
- Advise senior leadership on strategy, market trends and best practices with supporting data.
- Player/Coach and leading by example to help mentor other team members.
- Run point on hiring executive (C-suite) level candidates.
- Action oriented and helps to drive initiatives across the broader TA function.
- Experience managing vendor programs and external partnerships.
- Develop project KPI’s and milestones to measure progress.
- System testing to ensure proper workflows, approvals etc.
- Ability to influence at a high level.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ten or more years related work experience.
- Five or more years in Talent Acquisition.
- Project/Program management experience.
- Experience developing strategic sourcing strategies.
- Experience in brand marketing.
- Experience managing external vendors and partners (SLA’s etc.).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Experience negotiating global vendor contracts.
