Job Description:

Candidate must sit in one of the following markets:

  • Central Florida
  • Kansas City, Missouri
  • Northen Georgia
  • Western North Carolina
  • Dallas, Texas

This position will require 25%-50% travel

Reviews the performance of Talent Acquisition employees, identifies training needs, corrective requirements, and develops plans of action. Other duties as assigned. Collaborates with HR Strategic Services, facility, other HR Shared Services, and HR leadership to ensure recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding teams provide optimal support and value to the organization. Develops and implements recruitment and sourcing strategies in support of business requirements. Provides direction and consultation on strategic and emerging staffing trends and best practices. Develops and monitors metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure results, impact, and cost-effectiveness of all programs. Manages and coaches team members to consistently meet departmental goals, effectively communicating roles and performance expectations. Collaborates with HR Strategic Administration in creating and executing social media, channel sourcing, and employment branding strategies. Actively participates in industry networking activities to develop relationships and identify potential sourcing opportunities. Partners with HR leaders and HR Shared Services to foster a team environment promoting open communication. Analyzes and reports on recruiting metrics. Maintains relationships with third-party vendors. Works with HR Strategic Administration and Legal in monitoring changing government regulations to ensure interview and selection techniques comply with organization policies and applicable laws.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite [Required]

• Proficiency in an Applicant Tracking System [Required]

• Demonstrated leadership abilities within a corporate environment [Required]

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a clear and compelling manner that builds trust and drives influence [Required]

• Strong results orientation with a demonstrated ability to oversee solutions-driven initiatives and processes that support strategic organizational initiatives and add value [Required]

• Ability to lead in a complex, fast-paced organization with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change [Required]

• Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools, such as e-mail, search engines, social media, blogs, job boards, and job postings [Preferred]

• Strong organization skills [Required]

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills [Required]

• Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) software [Required]

• Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff [Required]

• Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Salesforce [Required]

• Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals [Required]



Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]



Field of Study:

• preferably in Business, Human Resources



Work Experience:

• 10+ experience in recruitment [Required]

• 7+ of managerial experience in Recruiting/Human Resources [Required]



Additional Information:

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
-  Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources OR 4+ years of relevant experience



Licenses and Certifications:

• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) [Preferred]
