Director of Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding)

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary

A growing ABA therapy organization is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead its recruiting and onboarding function and oversee an established talent team. We are offering COMPETITIVE PAY with room to grow.

This is a full time role based in Monsey, NY, hybrid considered. You will own recruiting, onboarding and the talent team, with experienced team leads already in place, building and running the hiring engine.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a BCBA / ABA therapy organization (required)
• Direct experience in recruiting, talent acquisition and onboarding
• Experience leading or managing a recruiting or talent acquisition team
• Strong process, systems and metrics orientation
• Able to work in Monsey, NY, hybrid considered

Responsibilities:

• Own the recruiting and onboarding function end to end
• Lead and develop the talent acquisition team and its team leads
• Build scalable hiring and onboarding process
• Report hiring results to ownership
