The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and executing the company’s talent acquisition strategy to support organizational growth and operational staffing needs across all markets. This role provides strategic and operational leadership over recruiting processes, workforce planning support, employer branding, recruiting technology, and recruitment performance metrics. The Director will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Regional Leadership, and Executive Leadership to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent while maintaining efficient, consistent, and compliant hiring practices.Â
This role requires a hands-on leader who can build structure, drive accountability, analyze recruiting data, and continuously improve hiring processes across a multi-location organization.Â
