Director of Talent Acquisition Job Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as subject matter expert on recruitment initiatives company-wide 

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent 

  • Evaluate current processes and implement best practices across recruitment initiatives 

  • Work with Executives, Directors, and Supervisors to determine current and future staffing needs from a capacity and budgetary standpoint 

  • Supervise Recruitment staff and balance requisitions among the team  

  • Utilize reports to identify trends, wage and salary structures, time to fill, recruiter statistics, and other reports as needed 

  • Conduct regular follow-up/training with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation 

  • Collaborate with HR, IT and Education to create a streamlined and efficient orientation process 

Director of Talent Acquisition Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred 

  • Experience leading an ABA or Behavioral Health recruiting team   

  • Three to Five years prior recruiting/human resource experience preferred 

  • Strong understanding of Workday 

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage time well. 

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes. 

  • Desire and ability to contribute creative ideas and work in a collaborative team environment.
