This position has full supervisory responsibility for the Talent Acquisition team, including recruitment, coaching, development, performance management, and fostering a high-performing, mission-centered culture.

What You’ll Lead & Create

Strategic Talent Leadership

  • Build and champion a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our mission, values, and long-term workforce needs.
  • Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring trends and develop proactive staffing models for leadership roles, hard-to-fill positions, and high-volume retail hiring.
  • Design workforce plans that anticipate growth, reflect labor market realities, and advance our community impact.

Leadership & Executive Recruiting

  • Serve as the strategic advisor for all leadership and high-impact roles.
  • Create consistent, elevated recruitment processes—including sourcing strategies, competency assessments, and structured interviews—focused on quality, fit, and long-term success.

Digital Talent Channels & Employer Brand

  • Own and evolve our digital talent ecosystem: career site, social channels, job boards, community partnerships, and emerging tech.
  • Build a compelling employer brand strategy that amplifies our mission and strengthens engagement across all talent pipelines.
  • Identify and implement digital tools and automation that elevate recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead operational best practices for full-cycle recruitment across the enterprise.
  • Oversee the ATS and optimize it for analytics, compliance, workflow efficiency, and a seamless candidate journey.
  • Maintain clear SOPs, process documentation, and training resources.
  • Evaluate vendor partnerships and tools to ensure performance and ROI.

Data, Insights & Workforce Analytics

  • Develop a data-driven TA dashboard to track KPIs, hiring funnel health, DEI outcomes, and marketplace trends.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders and the People & Culture team.
  • Use analytics to streamline processes, reduce time-to-fill, and improve early-tenure retention.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Equip recruiters with training on tools, sourcing best practices, and organizational processes.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture that encourages innovation and accountability.

Champion of Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a best-in-class experience from first touchpoint to onboarding.
  • Partner cross-functionally to create a smooth, values-driven transition from candidate to new team member.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including leadership or management experience.
  • Proven success in full-cycle and leadership recruitment, employer branding, and digital talent attraction.
  • Deep knowledge of workforce planning, talent pipelines, and DEI-centered hiring practices.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, digital channels, and emerging HR tech.
  • Strong capability with ATS systems, recruiting analytics, and KPI dashboard development.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
