Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to provide full life-cycle recruitment for high-level positions in a hospitality professional environment.   This role will lead executive and professional recruiting efforts across our hospitality brands, supporting corporate and field leadership hiring.  This position will also be responsible for the support and development of our Field Management Recruiter. 

 

 Our office environment requires 5 days per week in the office.

 

Responsibilities

    • Provide full-cycle recruiting services; including hiring manager meetings, sourcing, interviewing, offers, hiring and onboarding.
    • Developing and executing innovative/creative sourcing strategies to identify top quality candidates for positions  at our corporate offices & senior field positions.
    • Ensuring a great candidate experience while being highly responsive to both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Provide direction and input to hiring managers as needed to create attractive and accurate job descriptions.
    • Screening and qualifying candidates against established criteria, including utilizing our assessment tool.
    • Coordinate in-person interview with appropriate parties.
    • Utilize additional tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed to leverage talent pools for available or future open positions.
    • Manage daily activities of our Field Management Recruiter to ensure positions are filled efficiently and we provide a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
    • Use social media to network opportunities to potential candidates and talent pools.  Advertise positions through unique channels if standard outlets do not generate appropriate interest and qualified candidates.
    • Collaborating with third party recruiters when necessary to generate appropriate talent to fill open positions.
    • Create, execute and review offers with hiring managers, follow established approval process.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years of professional level experience in corporate, hospitality or retail leadership recruiting
  • 1 year management experience
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment systems/tools.
  • Executive search experience preferred
  • Capacity to handle a high volume of requisitions and candidate flow
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities/locations with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels and develop strong relationships

 

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $82,500- $92,500 based on experience, plus possible annual incentive based on performance.
