In this onsite role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions and support additional hiring needs as required. You will partner closely with business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines to support our continued growth.

The Ideal Candidate

CTOS is seeking a driven and experienced Corporate Recruiter who can quickly make an impact. This individual will leverage their expertise to support recruiting efforts across our nationwide corporate teams, playing a key role in attracting top talent and helping the organization scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong and diverse pipeline.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Provide data-driven insights and consult on recruiting strategies to improve hiring outcomes and retention.
  • Campus Recruiting: Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities to support early talent initiatives.
  • Social Media & Branding: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor to promote employment brand and attract top talent.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint and Excel to communicate recruiting activity and strategy.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Training & Enablement: Train hiring managers on best practices and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Job Marketing: Create engaging, innovative job postings using multimedia tools (video, imagery, etc.) to stand out in the market.
  • Employment Branding: Support talent programs and employer branding initiatives to drive engagement and visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success managing 10–20 open requisitions across multiple functions
  • Experience recruiting for corporate roles such as Finance, Accounting, Sales, HR, IT, and Marketing
  • Manufacturing or heavy equipment industry experience is a plus
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct/passive sourcing, referrals, and agency partnerships
  • High level of comfort with recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and social media
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
