Responsibilities:
 
 
  • Manages a team of campus talent acquisition professionals
  • Manage events on campus – career fairs, mock interviews, presentations, and receptions
  • Leads efforts to evaluate opportunities for automation and new technologies, including AI. Leads build out of same
  • Manages the development of data resources for campus recruiting. Supports new data needs and extracts data for on-going or ad-hoc reporting
  • Manages full life cycle of a candidate, including resume review, coordinating interviews, compiling feedback, and preparing offer letters
  • Manages campus recruiting budget
  • Manages communication plan with incoming summer associates and first-year associates
  • Monitors market trends and works with Chief Talent Aquisition Officer to keep Firm management apprised of trends
  • Collaborates with the Campus Recruiting Executive Sponsor
  • Attends staff meetings. May lead discussion and/or provide updates on campus projects
  • Maintains best practices for processes/documentation
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
 
 
  • 5 years project management experience in Operations and/or Human Resources, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Advanced data analytic skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft products, such as Co-Pilot, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communications skills required
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects spanning across a matrixed organization
     
 
Education:
  • Required - 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred - Project management certification
