Description

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Contract Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process inclusive of attracting, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates, in addition to recommending the placement of internal and external candidates for both entry-level and experienced positions.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the recruitment process including posting, attracting, sourcing, screening and selecting high quality applicants 
  • Complete reference checks, background checks and ensure post offer testing is tracked for safety sensitive positions 
  • Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process 
  • Process timecards on a weekly basis 
  • Enter candidate information into the applicant tracking system and leverage reports which enable business leaders to make key decisions 
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs and other recruitment events as required 
  • Assist in building and maintaining a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available to meet business needs 
  • Ensure employee files are up to date and in compliance 
  • Analyzing and project staffing needs 
  • Participate in business improvement initiatives to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes 
  • Assisting in the fill rate process 
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPI targets 
  • Ensure all compliance documents are current, maintained and shared with customers 
  • Administering pre-employment tests
  • Checking references, conducting exit interviews for candidates declining offers, and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates 
  • Assisting with job advertising and postings
  • Processing timecards on a weekly basis. 
  • Maintaining candidate applicant tracking system (Bullhorn ATS) to ensure information is up to date
  • Managing recruiting reports as needed

 



Qualifications
  • Education Required:  Post-Secondary Education in business, administration, human resources, logistics or equivalent  

  • Years of Experience: 1-3 years of high-volume customer service, preferably in a service environment; 1 - 3 years administrative experience 

  • Experience with recruitment a strong asset (high-volume recruitment experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably staffing/agency background) 

  • Professional experience in owning decision making based on unique or individual circumstances 

  • Strong knowledge in staffing and customer relations 

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage multiple applicants while anticipating shifts in priorities 

  • Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail 

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external parties 

  • A keen eye for detail and demonstrating a high sense of urgency in delivering high quality customer service
