Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Contract Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process inclusive of attracting, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates, in addition to recommending the placement of internal and external candidates for both entry-level and experienced positions.

Education Required: Post-Secondary Education in business, administration, human resources, logistics or equivalent
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of high-volume customer service, preferably in a service environment; 1 - 3 years administrative experience
Experience with recruitment a strong asset (high-volume recruitment experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably staffing/agency background)
Professional experience in owning decision making based on unique or individual circumstances
Strong knowledge in staffing and customer relations
Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage multiple applicants while anticipating shifts in priorities
Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with internal and external parties
A keen eye for detail and demonstrating a high sense of urgency in delivering high quality customer service
