Job Description:
Individual Contributor supporting/managing a specialized program. Serves in a generalist and/or development capacity during full time Analyst/Associate program duration. Works with manager, HR executives and stakeholders in the business to execute on LOB early talent strategy and programs. Responsibilities: headcount, learning, compensation, ratings, performance mgmt, development, mobility, coaching, employee relations, knowledge of competitive landscape, etc.
The Campus Program Manager opening will support Enterprise Credit program.
Responsibilities:
The Campus Program Manager (PM) will have broad responsibility for the Analyst program within a specific line of business regarding the overall employee experience. PMs partner closely with HR partners and the business to oversee the placement, management, and development of Analyst junior talent. This is a high impact role that requires the ability to diagnose opportunities for improvement and create programming from start to finish. The successful candidate will be a strong, results oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork, and knowledge.
Specific responsibilities include:
Drive a best-in-class Analyst program and overall experience.
Partner across HR functions (i.e., campus recruiting, HR generalists, learning & development, employee relations, compensation) and with LOB leaders on overall strategy and implementation of the junior talent program.
Continue to enhance the Analyst program to expand scope (if necessary) and increase engagement and support initiatives, inclusive but not limited to:
Design and implement career management and talent mobility programs for the population.
Create appropriate learning paths for continued professional and technical skills development.
Design and manage mentoring and sponsorship programs.
Develop methodologies to support ongoing evaluation of Analyst/Associate satisfaction and implementation of solutions to enhance Analyst/Associate experience and retention.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 4+ years HR experience preferably including recruitment or learning & development.
Extensive experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, org design/development, change management, compensation, and employee relations.
Proven track record in developing strategy and driving change to help drive business results and execute on key initiatives.
Strong relationship management skills, and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels; team player willing to share and leverage best practices.
Strong consulting, project management and process thinking abilities. Can plan, build, and execute (often simultaneously).
Excellent interpersonal skills; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner; able to push back and influence senior executives.
Strong work ethic and drive for results.
Adaptable and flexible within an evolving organization and ability to navigate a complex organization.
Business driven individual with strong financial acumen.
Able to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced organization; thrives in a high intensity environment with multiple and competing priorities.
