This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will utilize various tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.



What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of cleaning technicians and team leads
  • Post, optimize, and manage job ads across platforms (Indeed, Facebook, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct bilingual interviews (English/Spanish) and phone screenings
  • Coordinate hiring decisions with operations leadership
  • Reduce time-to-hire and improve quality-of-hire
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.




Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting 
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing). Bi-lingual preferred.
  • Extensive experience using applicant tracking system.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility for outcomes.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
