Reporting to the Bilingual Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment, representing People Corporation as a talent ambassador and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will:

  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of top talent by sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and other creative “out-of-the-box” strategies.

  • Establish and manage an ongoing candidate pool (internal and external), ensuring regular communication while maintaining recruitment tracking systems and accurate reporting.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for People Corporation—educating candidates on culture, career opportunities, benefits, and the many advantages of joining our team.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand recruiting goals and design tailored recruiting strategies aligned with each line of business.

  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, solicit feedback, and adjust sourcing strategies as needed to ensure alignment.

  • Build and foster strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external candidates to ensure a collaborative, seamless hiring process.

  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through frequent, timely, and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Conduct market research and provide data on hiring trends and compensation to inform decision-making.

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on compensation discussions, ensuring fairness and internal/external equity.

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Participate in industry conferences, seminars, career fairs, and networking events to promote People Corporation and stay current with industry trends.

  • Be a strategic thinker by offering innovative solutions to sourcing challenges and driving continuous improvement in recruitment practices.

  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners to support business growth.

  • Support the development of communications for plan sponsors and their employees as required.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, HR policies, and industry standards, liaising with implementation stakeholders as needed.

  • Ensure service delivery standards are consistently met and all recruitment activities are client- and candidate-focused.

To be successful as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist with People Corporation, you will need:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources

  • Bilingualism in both official languages, English & French (mandatory)

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences, acting as a trusted partner throughout the hiring process

  • Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders

  • Experience representing an organization as a Brand Ambassador at career fairs, networking events, and community initiatives

  • A self-starter who is passionate, ambitious, and able to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment with shifting priorities

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver results under tight timelines

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and actively listen

  • A solutions-focused, service-oriented mindset, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in problem-solving

  • A positive, collaborative team player who contributes to a culture of service excellence and commitment

  • Excellent time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency
     

All-star candidates will have:
