Requirements<\/h3>
In a typical day, YOU will:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

- Demonstrate safe, respectful, environmentally sound and healthy workplace behaviors at all times<\/span>

- Effectively manage full cycle recruiting for designated client groups<\/span>
<\/li>
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, provide insights and implement effective talent acquisition strategies<\/span>
<\/li>
- Use platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn and ATS (e.g., UKG\/Ultipro) to build talent pipelines<\/span>
<\/li>
- Represent the business and our brand at job fairs and networking events.<\/span>
<\/li>
- Maintain candidate progression through recruiting stages in ATS, and forecast reports in a timely and accurate manner for effective reporting.<\/span>
<\/li>
- Deliver a superior customer experience to all stakeholders<\/span>
<\/li>
- Undertake other relevant assignments as required in support of talent acquisition<\/span>
<\/li>

<\/div> Must\-haves for this role:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a technical or industrial sector; preferably with experience recruiting for skilled trades<\/span>
<\/li>
- Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business, or a related area of study<\/span>
<\/li>
- Effective bilingual<\/i> (English\/French) communicator with the ability to manage and meet business leader expectations<\/span>
<\/li>
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, influencing, and time management skills<\/span>
<\/li>
- Metrics driven with demonstrated expertise using ATSâs and other related<\/span>
<\/li>
- Ability to occasionally travel and represent Toromont at talent acquisition or related events<\/span>
