As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
You'll play a vital role in providing support to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists. Your central role in the hiring process involves working directly with both internal and external candidates to coordinate interviews and guide them through the various stages of the recruitment process.

Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the talent acquisition process: Coordinate certain logistics of the selection and hiring process, including scheduling interviews, testing and background checks
- Coordinate job postings: Help format and publish job postings on internal and external platforms, including social media
- Support candidate communication: Act as a key contact for candidates, following up with them throughout the process
- Manage documentation: Ensure all necessary approvals are secured before the process begins and assist with offer letter logistics
- Handle administrative tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Participate in talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives
