Join us as an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner and play a central role in attracting and engaging the people who power CFA Institute’s mission worldwide. Based in the UK, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple global regions, partnering closely with stakeholders and Talent Acquisition colleagues around the world to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and markets globally

  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify requirements, expectations, and sourcing strategies

  • Source talent using Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, global job boards, professional networks, and AI-enabled tools

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and organisational values

  • Advise hiring managers on sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and local market dynamics across different geographies

  • Coordinate interview logistics across time zones and ensure compliance with UK, regional, and international labour and data privacy regulations

  • Partner with HRBPs, Compensation, and HR Operations to prepare and extend compliant offers in multiple jurisdictions

  • Build proactive global talent pipelines for hard-to-fill or frequently hired roles

  • Engage passive talent and represent CFA Institute’s employer brand across international professional communities

  • Share sourcing insights, market trends, and process improvements with the global TA team

  • Participate in regional and global talent projects under the guidance of the Director, Global Talent Acquisition

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience delivering full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries and regions

  • Experience recruiting across diverse functional areas in an international context

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday or similar applicant tracking systems

  • Proven success sourcing and closing candidates across varied disciplines and geographies

  • Solid understanding of recruitment compliance requirements, including UK employment law and global hiring best practices

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills

  • Ability to operate effectively across time zones and cultures

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: £45-55k per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, location and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
