We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Associate who is keen to build and grow pipeline of qualified candidates, while working alongside a solid team who strongly support each other.

The Talent Acquisition Associate will provide continuous support for our partners’ recruitments across our plants and warehouses (both hourly and salaried), while working closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resources colleagues.

SALARY RANGE: $52,960 - $69,460
*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.

How you will make contributions that matter:
Actively participate in high volume recruitment and hiring for hourly and salaried positions for Saputo’s plants and warehouses, while providing a personalized high-touch approach throughout the entire process;
Work continuously with partners/hiring managers in relation to their talent acquisition needs;
Source candidates proactively and maintain healthy talent pipelines and identify innovative sources of talent;
Represent Saputo at local recruitment campaigns, career fairs, etc.;
Support the implementation of new talent attraction and networking strategies to attract and hire the best candidates;
Manage job openings on our ATS platform (Workday) and various targeted job boards;
Actively participate in the development and continuous evolution of the recruitment and hiring process.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
University degree in human resources, industrial relations or equivalent discipline
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment (in a Manufacturing and Warehousing environment would be an asset)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;
Superior interpersonal skills;
Driven team player while also managing your own projects independently;
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);
Proven enthusiasm and self-starter with a passion for talent acquisition;
Results oriented and desire to exceed goals and objectives;
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills coupled with the ability to prioritize effectively;
Experience sourcing candidates. (experience with LinkedIn recruiter would be an asset)
Experience working with Workday ATS would be considered an asset
Bilingualism, English and French. As part of their duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada.
