JOB DESCRIPTION | ||||||
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization. -Source all levels of candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other recruitment channels. -Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing support throughout the interview process. -Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. -Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions. -Coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos, to promote the organization and attract potential candidates. -Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. -Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in the preparation of monthly report. -Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from the initial contact through onboarding. -Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen the company’s employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting the organization as an employer of choice. | ||||||
KEY SKILLS | ||||||
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certification in HR or talent acquisition is a plus. -Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the hospitality industry. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. -Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices. | ||||||
