We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Recruiting Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The Recruiter is responsible for assessing talent for high volume and experienced roles as well as communicating with business leaders and interpreting recruiting plans. Additional responsibility includes providing strong strategic support to the business and partnering with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and vendors for successfully meeting client talent objectives.
The Role
Work directly with hiring team/managers in multiple locations to define open positions and job requirements, managing a strong pool of active, passive and internal candidates.
Conduct resume review and initial behavioral based interviews, manage candidate communication/follow up, lead feedback sessions, and conduct offers and negotiations, all with a strong sense of urgency.
Develop and execute tactical and strategic sourcing strategies to create passive talent pools/pipelines, using all available resources including LinkedIn, Google, internal databases, etc. Design and implement sourcing campaigns to deliver the necessary candidate flow to support the needs of the business.
Leverage all current recruiting platforms and tools to deliver against specific campaigns and hiring requirements.
Seek new platforms, tools and ideas associated with driving new candidate sources in collaboration with the leader of TA.
Communicate with all client areas in a clear, concise and proactive manner and update all tracking and reporting tools on a weekly basis.
Own special recruiting projects ranging from interview training, process changes, evaluation of new technologies and sources, etc. to support the continuous innovation of the recruiting team.
The Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of success meeting aggressive performance/hiring goals.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Foundational understanding of search processes (including Boolean search) along with proficiency in mining CRM and other databases for both active and passive candidates.
A proven desire to leverage technology and embrace innovation and change. Proficiency with Workday Recruit and Phenom CRM is preferred.
A proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple recruitment projects and open positions.
Motivated and driven to take on additional responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or relevant work experience.
