Administrative Support Officer, Talent Acquisition 

  • Clerk Grade 3/4 ($84,659 to $92,701 plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading) 
  • Two Full Time, Temporary positions available
    (x1 up to 3months, x1 up to 6months) 
  • Flexible – McKell, Parramatta or Gosford 

About the Role 
As part of the Talent team, you’ll provide key administrative and support services to ensure a seamless recruitment process. In this fast-paced, supportive environment, you’ll be an essential part of the team. Responsibilities include: 

  • Coordinating and processing pre-employment and background checks  
  • Preparing and issuing letters of offer and employment contracts 
  • Assisting with onboarding activities and maintaining accurate records 
  • Managing candidate information and ensuring data integrity across systems 
  • Liaising with internal teams to support recruitment activities 
  • Provide a range of general administrative support services, including data entry, managing emails, and responding to enquiries promptly 

About You: 

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a friendly, approachable manner 
  • A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders 
  • A strong customer service focus and passion for supporting people 
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken 
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

Salary Grade 3/4, with the base salary for this role starting at $84,659 base plus superannuation
