Role Summary:We are seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring efforts across our MEP business. This role will focus on sourcing candidates for a variety of Mechanical and Electrical engineering roles, Project Managers, and select corporate positions.

Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates for open MEP roles and related corporate positions.
Conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic fit and interest.
Share qualified candidates with the recruiter for full management of the hiring process.
Support candidate pipeline building and outreach efforts.
Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and progress.

Qualifications:
Experience sourcing candidates in engineering or technical fields preferred.
Strong communication and screening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Familiarity with MEP, engineering, or professional services hiring is a plus.
