A DAY IN THE LIFE

Work under limited supervision supporting the recruitment function of the Talent Acquisition team by providing coordination and administrative support for the recruiting team in regards to processing offers, scheduling interviews, coordinating and ordering drug screenings. Strong collaboration with extended human resources team, hiring leaders, recruiters, to ensure a smooth candidate experience and seamless transition from offer to first day.

Exhibiting and teaching the Blattner purpose, basics, and values to ensure successful integration into the organization.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

  • Maintain a high level of customer service to each and every new hire as they move through the screening, offer and hire process.
  • Follows company recruitment program by complying with local, state, and federal employment laws; and ensures all candidates have completed online application, assessment testing, pre-employment physical/drug test and background checks, motor vehicle report (MVR) if applicable.
  • Ensure provisioning is complete, including but not limited to IT and hiring manager, equipment and system access. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 years of office related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • Human resources experience.
  • Workday Experience preferred.
  • Service Now or other ticketing system experience preferred.

$24.46 - $33.64 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
