Manage end-to-end recruitment across EMEA corporate functions for technical roles. This includes requisition intake, role clarification, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting diverse talent pools, including direct sourcing of passive candidates. You coordinate & conduct interviews, lead offer, and manage contractual processes in line with business and legal requirements.
You proactively identify suitable talent across the entire EMEA region. You build and maintain strong talent pools and ensure fair, inclusive, and respectful communication throughout sourcing and interview processes.
Your focus is hiring for Product and IT functions (all Levels). Talents to be addressed: Product Management, Research & Development, IT-Infrastructure, IT-Architecture & Transformation, etc.
You work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and translate them into strong candidate pipelines. You advise confidently on all topics related to talent acquisition and make well considered and business oriented decisions.
You guide both managers and candidates through an efficient and transparent recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved from first contact to contract signature.
You provide weekly updates on the progress of recruiting activities to the Talent Acquisition Lead, highlighting risks, challenges, and support needs.
You represent RIB as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally. You actively use and support employer branding and HR-Marketing initiatives such as social media activities and participation in career events.
You support and/ or own Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, including process improvements, planning and delivery of stakeholder trainings, and support of internal onboarding formats such as the RIB Newcomer Days in Germany.
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a software company or in-house/ corporate business.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including senior and leadership profiles.
Proven experience recruiting across the EMEA market and understanding of regional differences, talent dynamics, and cultural nuances.
Open, respectful, and authentic communication style with candidates at all career levels.
Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnering skills; credible with senior leaders.
Data driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and derive concrete actions.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI in recruiting processes and techniques (e.g. Prompting, establishing AI agents for strategic recruiting topics, …) to improve quality and efficiency.
Creative and curious, with the motivation to explore new approaches in talent acquisition.
Structured, solution oriented, and proactive working style.
Strong collaborator with experience working across interdisciplinary teams.
Strong intercultural mindset; travel is not required for this role.
Very good German and English skills (both minimum C1 level)

Proven experience recruiting across EMEA markets/ market knowledge across a variety of EMEA countries.
Hands-on experience working with AI supported recruiting tools and techniques (e.g. Metaview AI, …)
