YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You use various sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, professional networks, and industry events to identify potential candidates
• You conduct Screening Interviews to assess candidates qualifications, cultural fit, and success potential
• You develop sourcing strategies in close cooperation with recruiters and hiring managers
• You stay informed about industry trends, competitor information, and talent market insights
• You continuously expand and maintain your candidate pipeline
• You contribute ideas to improve sourcing processes and candidate experience

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You already have experience in Talent Sourcing, or Headhunting
• Tools/Systems: You are familiar with business networks such as LinkedIn and XING (not mandatory), and skilled in Boolean search
• Motivation: You don’t give up easily and enjoy finding new, creative ways to approach candidates
• Language: You speak fluent English, other languages would be a plus
• Soft Skills: You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust and maintain effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and recruiters
• Team spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers as one unified Talent Acquisition team to achieve shared goals
