The Talent Acquisitions Coordinator will support nationwide team growth through assisting, coordinating, and conducting employment candidate review, interview, screening and other talent acquisition functions. Ideal candidates are confident in recruiting and onboarding, thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings, and are process-driven. This key role supports HQ operations and plays a vital role in building and scaling the company’s expanding national workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates nationwide in roofing, construction, and related trades
- Screen resumes and candidates based on relevant skills and experience
- Build and maintain a pipeline of current and potential talent
- Organize and manage the internal applicant tracking database
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes, including travel and background checks
- Provide feedback to leadership on job postings, pay scales, and candidate insights
Skills, Education & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in recruiting platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Chamba, Glassdoor, LinkedIn) and Microsoft/Google Suite.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers; effective multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 1 year recruiting experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing; roofing experience a plus.
