In this role, you will support enterprise-wide recruitment initiatives, strengthen employer brand and outreach efforts, and collaborate with leaders and community partners to help position HSFCU as an employer of choice. You will join a team that values trust, collaboration, and continuous development within a supportive and community‑oriented culture.   Position Summary   The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Professional II leads the full-cycle talent acquisition function and designs proactive, data-informed strategies that attract, engage, and secure high-quality talent. This role provides strategic guidance to leaders, strengthens employer brand presence, and ensures recruitment practices remain aligned with current and future workforce needs and organizational goals.   As a strategic partner, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Professional II drives internal mobility, external sourcing, and workforce planning initiatives while building sustainable talent pipelines that position the credit union as an employer of choice. The role leverages innovative channels and technology to engage active and passive candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill roles. The role ensures compliance, enhances the candidate experience, and continuously improves recruitment processes to deliver measurable results in quality, diversity, efficiency, and hiring manager satisfaction.   Qualifications/Experience   Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. 4–6 years of progressive experience designing and executing talent acquisition strategies. Experience developing and managing external partnerships and community outreach. Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill or specialized roles using diverse and innovative sourcing channels.  Experience contributing to workforce planning or forecasting activities preferred. Experience evaluating and coordinating with recruitment vendors, tools, or platforms. Experience attending job fairs, career events, and community outreach programs. Required Knowledge Talent Acquisition Principles – Understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and internal mobility programs.  Knowledge of employer branding strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice. Sourcing Tools & Techniques – Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, networking, and diverse sourcing channels.  Compliance & Employment Law – Familiarity with federal and state employment regulations and hiring standards.  Candidate & Brand Engagement – Ability to deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience; familiarity with career fairs, community outreach, and employer brand promotion.  Data & Recruitment Analytics – Understanding of recruitment metrics, diversity data, and process improvement methodologies.   Skills/Abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive initiatives with minimal oversight. Strong relationship-building and partnership skills, representing the organization effectively in external settings. Strong presentation and facilitation abilities for training, meetings, and speaking at panel discussions.   Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and project management skills. Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management abilities.   Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment analytics tools. Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgement in all interactions.  Salary Range Minimum - $57,576 Maximum - $92,122  Benefits  Competitive Compensation: HSFCU offers competitive pay, merit increases, and performance-based incentives.
