Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Trainee under the Tamheer Program to join our Human Capital team. This role is tailored for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. The selected trainee will support end-to-end hiring activities and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline while learning from experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
  • Support in job posting and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
  • Help manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
  • Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of HR or recruitment processes is an advantage.

Tamheer Program Eligibility Criteria:

  • Registered in the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
  • Not employed during the last 6 months.
  • Not previously participated in the Tamheer program.
